Ownership

You retain full ownership of your business content. We grant you full access and rights to your completed website upon purchase, including export and domain transfer if requested.

Fulfillment Policy

• Delivery Time: Sites are delivered within 1–2 business days after payment and form submission.
• Maintenance: We offer free maintenance for any bugs or errors for 30 days post-launch.
• Edits: Edits to content, layout, or branding are included for the first revision. Additional revisions may be billed separately.

Payment

Payment is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details.

Revisions and Support

We include a limited number of revisions as outlined in your specific package. Ongoing support, content updates, or maintenance may be available as a paid add-on.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our product, we do not offer refunds once your website is delivered unless otherwise specified in writing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to copyright infringement, harassment, or deceptive practices.

Disclaimer of Warranty

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for technical limitations, third-party hosting issues, or downtime.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance.
